DEMING – Community members will soon have an opportunity to weigh in on how local schools plan to spend their money, as Deming Public Schools prepares to host a public meeting focused on shaping the district\u2019s next budget cycle.<\/p>\n
District officials announced that a Community Input Budget Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, at 5:30 p.m. at the Emmett Shockley Administration Building on Cody Road. The session is designed to give residents, parents, and stakeholders a direct voice in the planning process for the 2027 school budget and to review the district\u2019s financial outlook.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, administrators are expected to present results from a recent budget survey, outline financial projections for the upcoming fiscal year, and open the floor for community feedback and questions.
