DEMING – The Deming-Luna County Chamber of Commerce will hold its 2026 Candidate Forum Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 5:30 p.m. at the Mimbres Valley Special Events Center.
According to the Chamber’s announcement, candidates appearing on the November ballot were invited to participate and discuss their positions, plans and approaches to serving Luna County.
Community members are encouraged to attend, bring questions and learn more about the candidates before the 2026 general election, scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 3.
The Chamber said the forum was organized to inform and support the community. The organization does not endorse, favor or oppose any political party or candidate, and every candidate on the ballot was invited to participate under equal terms.
