DEMING – Meet our Bravo Mic Wildcat Spotlight Athlete of the Week: Carlos Giron! Carlos is in 8th grade at Red Mountain Middle School and is currently #9 on the RMMS Football Team. He has been playing football for about five years, and his favorite thing to do is get an interception or score.
Outside of football, his favorite school classes are Physical Education and Art. This year he looks forward to finishing middle school while maintaining good grades and starting his High School Football career. He aspires to help his current team succeed in finishing with a winning season.
Football runs deep for Carlos; his father also played High School Football in Las Cruces and received a State Championship ring, which Carlos hopes to achieve one day as well.
