This week Wildcat Athlete Spotlight of the week goes to Senior Varsity Soccer Player; Alexis Arroyo. Sporting #12 Alexis is a midfielder expected to graduate with the 2027 Deming High School Class. He has played for 12 years and loves everything about Soccer, even listing the soccer field as his favorite place to be.
Outside of soccer, he also boxes, and his favorite school subject is mathematics. While he looks forward to graduating this spring, he is also a hopeful collegiate athlete, hoping to secure a college soccer position.
His coach, Angel Delrio, had great things to say about Alexis.
“Alexis is very passionate athlete who is always pushing himself to improve. His work rate and perseverance make him a great role model for the younger students coming through the program.”
We wish Alexis the best in his future endeavors and look forward to seeing him pursue his college soccer and academic career.
