DEMING – Deming High School seniors will have a chance to celebrate graduation with a late-night Class Act car giveaway event later this month.
The event is scheduled for Friday, May 22, from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. at Starmax. Organizers say the event is free for all seniors and will include bowling, mini golf, movies, a mechanical bull, food and drinks.
According to the event flyer, more than $1,000 in prizes will be awarded during the evening, including a car giveaway.
Each senior may bring one guest, but all guests must be preapproved by school administration. Guest tickets are $10 each.
Tickets may be purchased at the Luna County Extension Office, 210 Poplar Street, Suite B, from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, May 4 through May 21.
