DEMING – The City of Deming will present three days of rodeo action, live music and family entertainment September 10 through 12 at 695 Sky View Road in Deming.
Events will include barrel racing, team roping, tie-down roping, bronc riding and bull riding.
The schedule begins Thursday, September 10, with a UPRA Rodeo at 6 p.m. and a dance following the rodeo. The National Senior Pro Rodeo takes center stage at 6 p.m. Friday, September 11, followed by a dance.
Saturday’s activities begin with a City of Deming kids’ event at 4 p.m. The National Senior Pro Rodeo follows at 6 p.m., with live music after the rodeo.
Young cowboys and cowgirls ages 7 and younger may also participate in mutton busting. Registration is $30 per child, with participation limited to 15 children each night.
A beer garden will be available each evening. Outside alcohol will not be permitted on the property.
