Aidan Emanuel Villescas, 19, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at UMC of El Paso. Leaving behind a family and community who loved him deeply and will forever miss the light he brought into their lives.
Aidan was born on May 22, 2006 in Las Cruces, NM to Jorge and Adilene Villescas.
Aidan was funny, quiet, stubborn, kind, respectful, and had some of the best manners anyone could ask for. He had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and cared for. He always made sure everyone around him was okay and somehow always knew the right words to say. His smile and laugh could light up a room and brought comfort to those who loved him most.
He loved fishing and would take any opportunity he could to be out on the water. He also loved building Gundams and had rows and rows of completed builds that reflected both his patience and creativity. Aidan loved penguins, Minecraft, the Boston Red Sox, the New England Patriots, and music from every genre imaginable. From Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley to Joji, Peso Pluma, Yellowcard, and AC/DC, his music taste reflected his appreciation for all kinds of people and experiences.
One of Aidan’s proudest accomplishments was taking second place at state for culinary. He was hardworking, determined, and always wanted to do his best in everything he did. He was working while also attending school and was building a future for himself that so many were proud to watch unfold.
Aidan will always be remembered for his persistence and patience. Whether it was hiking miles for days while hunting or helping his friends work on their cars, he approached life with dedication, humor, and heart.
More than anything, Aidan loved people deeply. It did not matter if someone was rich, poor, homeless, struggling, or successful. If Aidan had something to give, he gave it without hesitation and without expecting anything in return. He treated everyone with dignity and kindness and made people feel human when the world sometimes failed to do so.
Aidan is survived by his parents, who loved him beyond words; his brother Jaydan; his beloved dog Zen; Maternal Grandparents; Paternal Grandparents; numerous aunts and uncles; along with many other family members and friends who were blessed to know and love him.
Those who knew Aidan know exactly what we mean when we say he was truly amazing. His personality was unforgettable, his kindness was genuine, and his love for others was endless.
Our family takes comfort in God and in knowing that Aidan’s light and love will continue living on through every life he touched. He will never be forgotten.
