This week’s Bravo Mic Wildcat Athlete Spotlight goes to Kamila Duran from the Red Mountain Middle School Girls Basketball Team. Playing Power Forward, Kamila sports #5 as an 8th grader who has played basketball for 2 years. Her favorite thing about playing basketball is the team unity and camaraderie.
Off the court Kamila loves her science classes and visiting Starmax for fun with friends and family. She is also a proud member of Student Council and stays involved with her school and class.
She. She most looks forward to playing with her team again this season and aspires to pla collegiate basketball.
A few words from her coach: “Kamila embodies the hard work, character, and pride that it means to be a Wildcat. She is a hard worker, a great teammate, and a responsible student who takes pride in everything she does. I’m proud to have her on our team and see her represent our school so well both on and off the court.”
We wish Kamila and the Lady Cats a successful season! Go Cats!
