DEMING – Deming High School cheer coach Elsa Rodriguez has announced tryouts for the 2026-2027 school year.
Tryouts will begin Tuesday, May 26, at 4 p.m. in Hofacket Gym. Students interested in trying out should be prepared to attend all three days of tryouts, Tuesday through Thursday, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The tryouts are open to interested students in grades 9 through 12.
Students must meet New Mexico Activities Association eligibility requirements to participate.
